Teutan Magic
All Teutans are given basic military training from age 10 to age 15. At 15 they become full members of the Teutanic Military Order, a military order of the Faithful. Teutans are heavy traders (and raiders) and they live in small groups as middle class in many small barbarian cities. They are traders because culturally they wander (nomadic hunter vs. settled hunter) and also because they mint silver coins (lots of silver up there) and the silver has value in trade.
Teutans do not approve of members of the Teutan society speaking a language other than Teutan. Many examples of excommunication, prosecution, killing, etc. of Teutans who speak foreign languages too well.
