This page is my beginning effort at collecting important information about DDM. The links above have some beginning infomation, but will have more over time.
Special Tournament Formats
200 Reverse Constructed Assault (non-DCI)
* Warband must be 195-200 points
* Must have at least one and no more than two commanders
* At least one commander must be commander 2 or greater
* All creatures must be under command by at least one commander
Exception: any minions can be out of command
* All games are assault format
* Banned: Stone Golem and all summoners
* No more than one creature of each type (exception, see below)
The only exception about multiples is for any minions, which can match a creature in the band and be multiples (ex. Snig could have 3 goblin minions who are the same and the same as one creature in the band.)
200 No Rares Assault (non-DCI)
No-rares DDM Tournament. 200 pt constructed assault with the following list of banned creatures: all rares. (meaning no rares are allowed at all.) Note: a version of this format before Angelfire banned Dire Bear, Graycloak Ranger, and Red Samurai, but no uncommon or common is banned anymore.
No Restrictions Tournament (non-DCI)
200 points Constructed Assault
All the standard rules, floor rules (ex. Drider Sorcerer allowed), and DCI universal rules, including warband size limitations.
1. No Faction Restrictions, meaning you can mix LE, LG, CE, CG
2. Huges and Epics are allowed (but see points limit below) and the Drider Sorcerer is allowed too
3. Creatures up to 140 points allowed, but not 141 or more
4. Targeting creatures in a start area is allowed
The Friday 11 NOV 05 Tourney at Paradox Playground will be on the Fane of Lolth (championship) map.
500 Epic Format Quickstrike (DCI)
Same as normal extreme, except the Lost Temple Map is used. Creatures at least partially in their own starting area cannot be targeted the first round.
